Fees
Notary Fees:
The base fee for notarial acts are state regulated
(Florida statutory code (FS §117.05[2]a)
Please Note: Each notary signature/stamp is a notarial act. Each page requiring notarization is a notarial act.
Standard:
$10 per notarial act per Florida Statute.
Acknowledgments, Oaths/Affirmations, Certify Photocopy, VIN Verification, Safe Deposit Box Content Certification, etc.
Documents to be provided by customer. Please make sure your documents are printed and ready upon Notary arrival. Please make sure your document contains an oath/affirmation/acknowledgement. You can find examples by CLICKING HERE
Travel fees may apply (outlined below)
Remote Online Notary:
$25 per notarial act per Florida Statute.
Additional fees will be charged for document preparation, authentication, platform fees, and/or additional signers and must be paid in advance. Please contact us for an official quote as discounts may apply for multiple documents in the same session and repeat customers.
Witness Fee:
$25 per witness if provided by LXE Virtual.
If the document(s) being notarized requires a witness and you do not have anyone to serve as a witness then one can be provided. Requires 24 hour notice. You may provide your own witness as long as he/she has a valid ID and meets the criteria determined by the State of Florida.
*Witness fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable once travel has started.
Travel Fees:
$15 if in the Tampa Palms/New Tampa Area.
Travel beyond Tampa Palms will be charged a reasonable fee based on time/distance of travel. Every reasonable effort will be made to meet you half-way or somewhere convenient in order to keep travel fees as low as possible.
*Travel fees MUST be paid in advance and are non-refundable once travel has started.

Initial quotes are based on information the client provides & are not guaranteed until all service details are finalized. We will notify the client in advance before any changes to the quote are made. LXE Virtual reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. Any deposits paid will be applied to the total cost of the service.
